What services do you offer?
We provide in-clinic, telehealth nutrition counselling tailored to you.
Home visits are available at the discretion of our team. Please get in contact to discuss if this is right for you.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Bring any relevant medical history, current medications, and a list of your typical meals or concerns. We can go through these during the appointment but this will save time that can be spent discussing and implementing your nutrition plan.
Are telehealth sessions effective?
Yes, our dietitians ensure personalised care through secure video consultations.
Will I get a tailored nutrition plan?
Absolutely, each plan is customised to your health goals and lifestyle.
Typically we do not provide set meal plans. If you would like a customised meal plan these are available for an additional fee.
How do I book or cancel an appointment?
You can book or cancel online or call us directly; please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations.
